NATACHA I. BOSSE

As a member of the Law Society of New Brunswick, Natacha’s practice primarily focuses on Family law, including mediation, as well as Corporate Law. She is a fully bilingual lawyer and serves clients in the greater Fredericton area and in the province generally in both official languages.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Translation, an MBA and a Graduate Diploma in Public Relations from Université Laval as well as a Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick.
She acquired her litigation and corporate law experience as in-house counsel for NB Power and her experience in Family law with Rowan & Bosse Law Droit which is now Bosse & Davis Law- Droit.
Natacha puts great emphasis on non adversarial resolution and does whatever is required to serve and represent her clients to meet their individual needs.
À titre de membre du Barreau du Nouveau-Brunswick, la pratique de Natacha se concentre sur le droit de la famille, y compris la médiation, ainsi que et le droit corporatif.
Avocate entièrement bilingue, elle dessert ses clients dans la grande région de Fredericton et dans la province en général dans les deux langues officielles.

JENNIFER DAVIS

After a 15-year career with public and private sector organizations in the areas of Human Resources, Labour Relations, Negotiations and Mediation & Conciliation services, Jennifer completed extensive training in mediation/dispute resolution and a law degree from the University of New Brunswick.
Called to the bar in 2019, Jennifer practiced as an independent lawyer before joining the Rowan-Bosse family, then as a Partner in Bosse Davis Law-Droit. Jennifer’s practice focuses on family law, labour & employment law, workplace investigations, mediation and all manners of dispute resolution.
Après avoir travaillé dans la fonction publique pendant plus de 15 ans dans le domaine des ressources humaines, relations du travail, négociations et médiation, Jennifer a obtenu son Juris Doctor de la University of New Brunswick.
Admise au Barreau du Nouveau-Brunswick en 2019, Jennifer a pratiqué à titre d'avocate indépendante avant de se joindre à l'équipe de Rowan&Bosse Law-Droit, ensuite à titre de partenaire à Bosse & Davis. Sa pratique est axé sur le droit de la famille, le droit du travail ainsi que les enquêtes en milieu de travail, la médiation et toute résolution des différends.
MITCHELL MADDOX CAMPBELL

Mitchell graduated from the University of New Brunswick in 2007 and 2010 with his Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Law, respectively.
Mitchell articled with Barbara Hughes Campbell from July 2010 to August 2011 and was admitted to the New Brunswick bar on August 2, 2011. He enjoyed working as a team with Barbara Hughes Campbell and Heather Ann Berry until Barbara's retirement in June 2024.
He joined Bosse & Davis Law - Droit in August 2024.
Mitchell's practice areas comprise real estate, wills and estates, and corporate/small business law.

PEGGY WEALE
LEGAL ASSISTANT & COMMISIONER OF OATHS
Peggy has worked as a dedicated legal assistant for over 34 years. She spent 21 years at the law office of Atkinson & Atkinson after which she spent several years working as a court reporter for the New Brunswick Court of Queen's Bench. Peggy dedicated another 4 years at Gordon Gregory's law and following Mr. Gregory's retirement in 2013, she joined Rowan McGrath. Peggy stayed with us throughout the transition to Rowan & Bosse and now to Bosse & Davis.
Peggy is an integral part of the Bosse & Davis legal team and provides excellent legal assistance. She is committed to our practice and to helping make your experience truly exceptional.
MELISSA GAUTHIER
LEGAL ASSISTANT / PARALEGAL
Melissa joined Bosse & Davis in 2023 and is the friendly face you'll see when you walk into our offices.
A graduate of Eastern College's paralegal program, Melissa also has extensive experience in client service.
Melissa lives near Oromocto with her husband Sam and beautiful blended family.

HEATHER ANN BERRY
LEGAL ASSISTANT & COMMISSIONER OF OATHS
Heather graduated from Fredericton High School in 1983 with a Black F in academics; she did her work placement with Hughes Campbell Law Office in May, 1983 and has continued to work with the firm since then - more than 32 years.
Over the years she has performed all secretarial services required of the firm and in the last several years she has developed an expertise in property transactions. Heather enjoys assisting people with the purchase and sale of their homes and small businesses. Heather has always enjoyed working within a small law firm as it allows her to join in and welcome all clients and help to ensure that they feel comfortable in their experience within the law office setting no matter what is happening in their life at the given time.
Heather was born in Fredericton and resides here with her two dogs on the city's north side. She enjoys volunteering in her local community. She has canvassed for the Heart & Stroke Foundation and the Canadian Cancer Society for over 20 years.
